Rotate Photos
When you turn your camera vertically to take a shot you have to rotate the photo to change the orientation so it can be viewed. The Rotate Photos feature makes it easy to select and batch process multiple photos and rotate them so they can be viewed properly on your site.

Album Manager > Photo Controls > Rotate Photos

To rotate your photos go to the Album Manager > Photo Controls > Rotate Photos page:

Once you're on the Rotate Photos page you will see all the photos in your album along the bottom portion of the page:

This control lets you click once to select then click again to deselect each photo. This is useful because as you work you will want to click and select then click again to deselect photos after they are processed. So remember - click to select - click a second time to deselect the photo.

If you click a single photo the image will be show at the top of the page where the Rotate control is displayed:

When a photo is selected it shows a green border around it making it easy to tell what is selected. As you can see in the example above a single photo has been selected and it appears in the rotate control preview. By clicking the Rotate CCW (counter-clock-wise) button the photo can be correctly rotated:

Pixplug allows you to batch process multiple photos at a time. This is a huge time-saver as you can click all the photos that need to be rotated in one direction (CCW for example) and then you simply press the rotate button and all the photos are process as a batch.

When more than one photo is selected the graphic in the rotate control is changed to show this interface:

As you can see from the example above we've selected three photos that all need to be rotated in the CCW direction. Now that the photos are selected we can click the Rotate CCW button:

When we click the Rotate CCW button the icon in the Rotate Photos control updates showing us the direction the photos selected for the batch processing will be rotated in:

When we're ready to apply the Rotate to the selected photo(s) we click the Apply button:

After the Apply button is pressed a dialog will appear telling you that the image(s) are being processed and it may take a while before they are ready:

Click the OK button to close the dialog.

After you rotate your photos you will see the photo thumbnails in your album change to a 'Processing Photo' icon:

When you refresh this page the icons are updated. You can click the icons periodically to see if they have been processed yet:

If the photo has been processed the rotated version will appear in the rotate control (see example above).

Flipping Photos
The Flip button will make your photos flip in the opposite direction:
